1. Service description
GigTax generates estimated UK Self Assessment tax reports based on the earnings statements, invoices and spreadsheets you upload. Our reports are designed to be accountant-ready helpers, not a substitute for professional tax advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the UK to use GigTax. You are responsible for ensuring the information you upload is accurate and complete.
3. Payments
Reports are charged at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All charges are one-time and non-recurring unless clearly stated otherwise.
4. Accuracy and liability
GigTax uses automated extraction and standard UK tax bands to produce estimates. We do not guarantee that the report matches your final HMRC liability. Always review the figures and consult a qualified accountant before submitting your Self Assessment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload malicious files, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use GigTax for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access if we believe these terms have been breached.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using GigTax.
